In the childhood memories of every good cook, there's a large kitchen, a warm stove, a simmering pot, and a mom.
Sabina's Europa is a melting pot of flavors, cultures, family recipes, and cooking from the heart. Sabina's inspiration came from her parents who migrated to the states to pursue their dream of owning a family restaurant. Her family humbly owned Europa Food in Utica, NY for over 21 years.
In honor of her family and friends, Sabina is now sharing the recipes that her parents have passed down to her, to you.
The experience we hope to provide all our guests with is serving you the most fresh ingredients, food that is made only per order, a comforting atmosphere, and excellent service by our staff.
